The Mountains of North Carolina


Well, we've moved from Utah to South Carolina and we are loving it! 


Today we set out to the mountains of North Carolina. On our drive we saw this guy in a trailer selling boiled peanuts, my favorite, and we had to stop. We've discovered the sketchier the set up the better - this picture doesn't do it justice. 


We had a nice little picnic

And enjoyed the view


After, we went to Triple Falls 







Then hiked to High Falls 






Garrett got grumpy and ended up falling asleep



We drove to a cute town called Brevard and treated ourselves to a treat



We ended our day by swimming and sliding in what felt like glacial water at sliding rock. 
It was pretty awesome.

    It looks like you are having a blast! I'm so glad you are getting out and experiencing your new home! Also, the picture if Garrett with the hat and his tongue sticking out needs to be framed. For real.
